PennDOT and Luzerne County to Close the Division Street Bridge, Wilkes Barre
I posted about this on Saturday, September 11, 2010. And the bridge has been off limits to Fire Engines since, so city hall knew.
Oh and BTW, it's NOT 230 feet from Carey Ave. It's about 30 feet.

IF IGNORANCE IS BLISS, WILKES-BARRE MUST BE A UTOPIA!!!
ReplyDeleteTurkey hill put in new sidewalks & the one on Division St lead to the bridge. People had to walk around Barriers into the street for over a year. If not for the new sidewalk it would still be open.
