1. The no-bid contract to disgraced ex-judge Conahan's medic unit (This happened after it was proven that a part time 3rd ambulance would cost the city NOTHING). This happened right around the time then judge Conahan ruled against Denise Carey (Read the details here and here). Interesting that Conahan rules against Denise and his medic unit gets a no-bid contract. Interesting... or suspicious?

3. Screwed up selling the Sterling hotel (costing us $325,000). Which is Here and Here.

Sorry I've been out of sight and distracted the last few days, family medical problems are keeping my attention elsewhere. Things are well on the way to being better now. Thank you to a few true friends who helped when it was truly needed.
